2D Barcode Scanner usb to Arduino yun rev2

Hi. I was looking at the documentation on the 2D Barcode Scanner and was unable to find out if it’s possible to connect the scanner directly to an Arduino via the usb and if it how you’d handle this on the Arduino’s code side. As I’d prefer this to having to solder jumper cables.

I know for a PC it will download drivers automatically so was wondering if that’s what I’d need to do and if so some guidance would be greatly appreciated.
