hi, i was working on a midi input interface that the wav trigger tutorial sez is needed to receive midi messages. they say to close a jumper on the board to supply 5v to the 5vin pin for the power to interface.
2 questions
can i put a pin header in the neighboring cluster next to the ftdi pin header and use that 5v?
if i close the tiny jumper, what do i need to keep board safe other than not power from barrel connector and the ftdi connector at the same time? thank you for your time and energy
