Accéléromètre 3 axes ADXL313 SEN-17241

Hello Sparkfun community,

im having a weird problem with " Accéléromètre 3 axes ADXL313 SEN-17241 " , The board works perfectly when I put it in plastic support, but when I put it in a ferrous support, the sensor just freezes and keep showing one value even when I move it to different angles.

P.S : i dont put in touch with the ferrous surface a put a plastic between the sensor and the ferrou support .

That’s because it’s a magnetometer - just use the non-ferrous mount
