ACS37800 Problem that not read AC Voltage

Hello, I bought 3 ACS37800 integrated circuits to use in the system. These integrated circuits will measure Voltage and Current for each phase of a 3-phase system. However, while I can measure Current without any problems, I cannot read the Voltage measurement correctly because it shows a voltage value of 3-5V. Can you help me with this?
Multimeter Voltage = 230VAC
Multimeter Current = 6A
Sensor Measurement(Voltage) = 5V it’s not correct
Sensor Measurement(Current) = 6A it’s correct
My Code:

My schematic(I use 2.2k for R33)

We have this example you can test with - does running that sketch show better results?

I would also note that the version we sold was 60v max, not sure if you are using that or something else

My code is same than example code

Does the code work when you apply a DC voltage to the sensor?

Also, SparkFuns library is setup for their board and it sounds like you made your own with different sense resistors. You will likely need to modify the library to account for this.

Yes, I have the same problems with DC. I still haven’t solved the problem, it’s getting annoying.

Try using the exact default config/setup & example 1 with a separate power source (for testing) and see if you can get example1 working with DC
