Hi,
i’m new to these ADH8066 modules, i’m using the Sparkfun breakout board, the module fails to detect the SIM card and there doesn’t appear to be an voltage on the SIMVCC pin, does it need to be connected to 3.3v??
Thanks

I assume you’re talking about [this board. I don’t see SIMVCC on the silk screen. My board (which I don’t have in front of me to look at) is powered only at the VBat pin, with 3.9v.](ADH8066 Breakout - BOB-10497 - SparkFun Electronics)
Hi, yes this is the board on the silk screen its labelled as SVDD. But by the sounds of it you haven’t needed to power the SVDD connect. The ADH8066 must be faulty, neither 1.8/3.0 volts are present on the sim holders vcc pin.
Thanks
