Adjustable LiPo Charger

Hello,

I have connected a [18650 battery WITHOUT powering the [adjustable LiPo charger (14380) with the selector @500mA and to my surprise I smell something.

I tried to disconnected the battery (I was not too fast, maybe 30 seconds) and I think the resistors where hot.

Can I hook on this charger big capacity batteries to charge? The capacity of battery was 3400mAh

Now the RED led stays open when powerd via USB, but it does not charge.

Can you share pictures of how you attached the battery and the board itself?

That was awfull, I trusted the connector, it’s reversed!

I checked with the polymeter the connectors of LiPo charger. Please add + and - icons to the connector.
