advice for gps & cellular solution

Good afternoon,

I am looking for a GPS and cellular solution and am hoping you can point me in the right direction.

The requirements are as follows:

  1. A SOC (or similar) to obtain a GPS fix and then transmit that coordinate via a cellular network

  2. to be able to enter a deep sleep mode and have the ability to wake up for as long as is necessary for a fix to be achieved and sent, and then to return to sleep for a set period of time.

  3. to be able to alter that sleep interval via a cellular signal

  4. to be able to wake the SOC at any time via a cellular signal

  5. to be as power efficient as possible

  6. to be as physically small as possible

Any suggestions on solutions would be appreciated.
