Any problems developing for Arduino on new Apple silicon laptops?

I’m considering upgrading to a new M2 laptop as my current iMac has been left behind by the Arduino IDE and MacOS product development.

I want to be able to program Sparkfun Thing Plus and other USB programmable Arduinos.

Are there any known problems developing for Arduino boards on these newer Apple machines?

But, as far as the SparkFun side of things…we’ll be ensuring compatibility wherever possible
