I just purchased an Arduino NG. It doesn’t seem to reset when I press the reset button – at least an LED in pin 13 doesn’t blink, and the PWR LED doesn’t flash. I had already loaded all the appropriate USB drivers, rebooted the computer, and still can’t seem to get the Arduino to reset.
When I try to upload the sketch, the computer responds “Couldn’t determine program size”.
Is there something I’m doing wrong, or is it possible I got an Arduino without a bootlaoder?
