Arduino car backing reverse obstacle sensor

I made a car backing sensor with arduino, a sonic ranger, and [Phi-1 shield.

Here are some pics. I’ve posted details on arduino forum, instructables, and my blog. Check them out!

Sweet, project.

I wanted to make one for work attached to the MP3 shield that screams at people for walking near my truck.

I always want to get a big horn in the back of my car so I can honk at someone behind me!

If you want to use the Phi-1 shield, make sure your mp3 shield is compatible with the pin usages. Which mp3 shield are you thinking about?

BTW, I posted the project on instructables.com last night, between then and now, almost 400 people read it, making it a featured project
