Arduino MKR NB 1500 | Battery Issue

Hey All,

I am having issues with my current battery on my Arduino board. It is a 3.7V, 1700 mAh. I had to swap the + and - within the connect to match the polarity of the Arduino. However, I plug it in and the board says it is charging, but I can’t ever get the board to work off the battery. Is there another battery I should be using or am I just doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.

Are you able to host pictures of your setup somewhere else (like Google Drive) and share links to them?

Yeah.

Thanks.

If you’ve confirmed that the battery is operating correctly, then I would suggest requesting an RMA for the board and viewing our returns policy: https://sparkfun.com/returns
