arduino toggel switch hello world?

I purchased this switch… ( http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/produc … ts_id=9276)

and want plug it into an Arduino Duemilanove board and have it print out hello world when I flip the switch.

I would very much appreciate help on how to connect it the board and sample Arduino code.
