Arduino Uno, XBee shield, Xbee Zigbee, API Mode

Hello support,

I’m new to XBee’s. My problem is when I use an Uno with an Xbee shield. Hardware/ Setup PC, XCTU, Xbee Zigbee, API Mode, and Being Local. When trying to recognize the Xbee I get a window that says if the Xbee doesn’t reset automatically try resetting board, I wait and then try doing a board reset for 10 seconds neither option helps problem.

I can try a different pc same problem. I can use the small board called explorer and everything works and I go ahead and configure my Xbee’s. Please help.

Can you please provide a picture of your setup with the shield? What setting do you have the onboard switch set to?
