Arduino Yun Mini (or Linino One) alternatives

Been a long time since I’ve done any hardware prototyping and it looks like the adruino yun mini and linino one are no longer in existence. I do have a number of them still in my garage somewhere, but being that they are so outdated and no longer sold hoping that there are more modern alternatives. Looking for something that has a linux SoC onboard as the main requirement. Specifically need to take advantage of the Wifi, SSL communication, and Python (or some alternative scripting language like that where one could do SSL network communication and control GPIO ports in the same place) that was (I believe if my memory serves) available on those boards. Maybe this is no longer even necessary and there are better alternatives, but when i was last prototyping this was our best approach for connecting to REST based apis over HTTPS and controlling hardware ports in the same applications.

Thanks in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated. Apologies if I’ve missed some obvious (recent) discussions of this here but i was not able to find much searching for it.

Ray.

Your best bet is probably a Raspberry Pi  This is the one I’d recommend Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (4 GB)
(we do have others to check out as well!)

Ahhh, shoot I should have added one more requirement we had for this project – needs to be small form factor, preferably with nothing soldered into the pins. Im aware of Rasberry Pi, but the size of it makes it not suitable for our work. Is there any kind of miniature Rasberry Pi?

Yep - Click the 2nd link I sent

Yeah, sorry I was a little too quick theree. However the Wifi is what Im coming up short on. This version, Raspberry Pi Zero W, seems perfect but looks like no WiFi. Is there an add on module for that?

Go read the description again - The ‘W’ is the wifi version (they also make a non-W)

Thank you so very much for your input here. Very much appreciated. This is exactly what I was looking for.

edit – I must be really bad at reading. It’s right there on the description  I apologize for the slightly ridiculous question after you already provided me everything I need.ed.
