I didn’t see if the boards produced by BatchPCB are RoHS compliant in the forums, or in the FAQ. Are they?
By the way, you guys have a GREAT service - keep up the excellent work!

bump??
Look at the specs part of [this Gold Pheonix page, i think they mean “RoHS” instead of “ROSH”…
If you’re still not sure you can always [E-Mail BatchPCB and ask them…](OSH Park ~)](http://www.goldphoenixpcb.biz/quote2.php)
you are right.

I suspect batch PCB is tin/lead HAL (not ROHS compliant) (however, it couldbe ROHS compliant HAL). Best to ask Batch PCB people via email? GP can do silver or gold finishing for ROHS compliance if you deal directly with them.
As far as I recall; I’ve seen both RoHS, and non-RoHS come in as batchpcb boards. Batchpcb is intended to be a prototyping service, and for prototyping, RoHS / no-RoHS is pretty unimportant, as you can just solder everything using whichever solder you please. RoHS only really becomes an issue when you’re designing for long term stability [tin whiskers, easily mitigatable by soldering with lead], or doing volume production, and in both cases, BatchPCB probably isn’t the service for you.
