I want create programs for ARM processor, without using Linux. Anyone know a good IDE for use GCC tools, and debugger tools completely free?
And which JTAG work with the suggested IDE …

WinARM:

YAGARTO:
Both are free, both are working with OpenOCD.
WinARM comes with good examples, YAGARTO has some good
tutorials
