ARM-USB-OCD Driver install problem

Hi, I have tried to install Olimex ARM-USB-OCD driver but it doesn’t work. When I start to install driver then Windows crashing(Blue Screen).

I have windows 7/64-bit Intel(R) Core™ i3 CPU. So could anybody tell to me what I can try to do, please?

which driver do you try to install?

Have you already tried the x64 drivers of FTDI.

    I am using FTDxx drivers on a Vista system. I have had problems as well. I have found out that Vista and Windows 7 do not work well with some hardware drivers (including these).

    I am moving to a Win-32 system. It may be the fastest solution.
