ARM9 based mp3 player stipdown

My friend love to collect junk and loves to give me junk, but this time I was happy to receive as it was a Meizu MiniPlayer M3 4GB with a completely trashed LiPol battery.

I found quite a few goodies I would like to salvage such as:

ARM9, capacitive strip touch sensor, audio codec, power management ic, fm tuner, 2x2G nand, 32M sdram, Toshiba 320x240 18bit lcd

I will attach a forum post with terrible english http://en.meizu.com/userforum/forum_pos … D=268&PN=1 with a listing of the components. I have found datasheets for everything except the sdram, fm tuner, and arm.

ARM9:

Samsung 652

SA58700X07

N092YK0R

SDRAM:

SEC 704 BG75

K4M28163PH

AAL133DB

FM:

v24000

6lkb

Where does one go for samsung arm pinouts and general documentation in general? I searched distributors like 50 pages of google and the samsung site and only found general chip descriptions. The nice part of this device is everything is TQFP/TSSOP only the ARM/SDRAM is BGA which is expected so I can easily skrew around.

What isn’t mentioned in the post is the touch sensor and screen. The screen is an ubergenaric toshiba and doesn’t even have a part number so I need the arm pinout to backtrace the lcd pinout. The capacitive touch sensor is a QT411 with spi interface and very detailed datasheet.
