I’ve found this great IC from austriamicrosystems
Its the AS1130 and its a 132 LED driver which comes in a 28-pin SSOP package, and I would love to be able to use it but I can’t figure out which pins are necessary and all that, I think you guys understand it way more than I do. Please can you make a breakout for it so I can get to making the most awesome LED stuff that humanity and all lifeforms across the universe shall see.

Also since it seems you dont know in detail how the AS1130 is working this link might be useful:

It explains very basically how the crossplexing is done.
If you are asking for a shield, this would be a nice idea as it is a great LED driver, but only available in SSOP-28
