Does any one know of any company’s / persons who can assemble smd pcbs?

If i send them the board + parts, they do the smd soldering then send back

I have the proof of concept board, I had one chip on the board wirh BGA hard to soldering

I am looking for low cost service can soldering small number board

Small numbers and low cost do not usually go together.

I used to have excellent results with a mom-and-pop operation just 5 minutes from home in Campbell. CA.

Not sure about BGA though. His name is Cui, (408) 2218395

There are quite a number of assembly houses in the US but low # of units and low cost is tough.

Normally there is a fixed set-up change and then a charge per board. These charges do depend on the equipment used. Auto pick and place machines are desired for SMT where the cost per board is low but have a higher setup charge than a manual PnP machine.
