i it wired up on a bread board, successfully put some test code on it, then i tried to run it with dW. That went fine but then when i disable dW it seems to brick the chip. Im using a JTAGICE mkII. This has happened twice now. The µC no longer responds via ISP or dW. My first thought is something to do with the brownout detector because im running at 3.3v, but im not sure.
Does anyone have a simple solution before i bust out the HVP
I ended up wiring my dragon for HVP and found that somehow the clock speed fuse was set to the lowest value (128Khz or something like that). I could have still used ISP if i changed the operating frequency to 100hz. I set it back to the internal 8mhz and enabled dW again and disabled it and it happened again. Seems like there’s a bug or something that disabling dW will change the clock fuse bits.
