Hi, I was wondering when you would be restocking on the SPX 16410 Barcode Scanner? I was hoping to create a Custom Scangun that would use ttl serial on a Bluetooth Capable Microcontroller to communicate with one of my Android Devices, and I wanted to know if this project is possible, and if the part itself will be restocked or is it discontinued?

Your project is definitely possible, you just might need to add in a level-shifter/logic converter depending on the MCU used
The breakout is nice, but I won’t need the USB C port since it will be using the MCU for communications. Any chance Sparkfun could create a breakout solely for pinout interfacing, please?
Just don’t connect to the USB port. The serial connections and power are already broken out on the board.
