Has anyone used batch pcb to make a board with a edge connector like a carterage game would have?
I am building a sensor design and think the card sllot that is surface mount would work best.

As a matter of fact, mine just arrived Friday. Since I’m only using the card edge for a couple of cycles in a programming/test jig then soldering to the contacts in the completed assembly, I didn’t need or want customary niceties like gold-plated pads or a beveled card edge. At least the latter only needs a few passes along a rat-tail file.
Edge connectors are no problem and we get them here a lot BatchPCB. If you have any other questions, feel free to email Support@batchpcb.com
