I sent an email about my missing batchpcb order to support@batchpcb.com, and haven’t heard anything back. So I sent a followup email to feedback@batchpcb.com and got an immediate reply:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try

Just thought someone at BatchPCB may be interested that one of their email addresses appears to be invalid.
Also, is there a reason why I haven’t gotten a response to my support email? It’s been a couple days now, not sure if I’m just being paranoid that my order was actually completely lost.
