batchpcb, no email

I submitted a design on friday, and again today, but I didn’t recieve an email yet. I have submitted before to check if it would pass, and have gotten the emails. I sent a message about this through the website.

Just posting here to see if anyone else is having this issue.

This will be my first prototype board, so I can’t wait to get the order going

Thanks!

The spam filters of one of the internet providers which I use has been filtering out the BatchPCB emails. At least one other person has had this problem with a different internet provider. Try turning off spam filtering, if that’s an option, before submitting your design.

Submitted on Saturday night. Didn’t see any reply.

My AT&T spam filter is pretty good, so I’d be surprised if it tagged it as such. But I also didn’t look through the screened email to see if it was there before deleting them. Haven’t heard back from Nathan to see if it really got sent in the first place.

Check your ISP’s webpage. I had Comcast and they had spam filtering turned on for my account without me even knowing and you could only seem to disable it through their webmail.

i used this email befor and it worked… it is my work email. i’ll have to check it out at work tomorrow. i’ll try a different email.

if i try my comcast, and the same thing happens because a spam filter is turned on, would the email go into the junk folder online? i am assuming so.

Thanks

well, i changed my email to comast, and still nothing, i went online, and looked at the spam folder. it was in there. set it to “not spam” and now i get it fine. Thanks!

didin’t pass though :frowning:

shouldn’t be to hard to fix.

ok, submitted my order

can’t wait to see if i designed it correctly!!

The AT&T spam filter has tagged all my email from BatchPCB as spam. I've reported it as "not spam" several times. This is the only time I've seen the AT&T spam filter incorrectly identify email as spam.

donblake,

I just resubmitted the design, and sure enough, AT&T tagged it as spam!

Can’t figure out why, but now I know.

Thanks.
