Can battery babysitter power output be combined in series? I need power path for my application but I also need 5v supply.
Thanks so much

I’m not sure what you mean…2 outputs combined would ostensibly be a parallel situation
If you are trying to use the output of one as the input to another…as long as you match the output of one to be a usable input voltage range of the other:
“For normal charging conditions, the voltage coming into either USB or VIN should be within 4.35V and 6.4V. The BQ24075 does feature overvoltage protection, which means it can protect against input voltages up to 28V, but any voltage above about 6.6V will cause the charge controller chip to shut off and disable charging.”
See the hookup guide https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/ba … management for more detailed info
My point is, is there any way to get 5.3v at 3a out? Even assuming multiple boards?
If not, is there another board I could look at?
You’re looking for a boost converter.
This is an example but probably not exactly what you’re after.

Pololu is a good place to check for something like this.
OK so how would you find I_out?
Thanks again
