Hi folks,
I measured the value of the resistor R13 near the potentiometer and I’ve got 4.61 KΩ instead of 8.2KΩ as [depicted. Furthermore, also the max value of the pot R16 is circa the same: 4.66KΩ instead of 10KΩ.
My multi-meter is pure garbage, or there are some undocumented changes? :?
Somebody can check his BED?

You have yo remove resistors from the circuit to measure them, there’s parasitic resistance coming from the rest of the components on the board.

A better test would be to measure the voltage between the junction of R13 and R16 to ground. The two resistors form a voltage divider. If Vcc is 5V, the junction would read 2.7v; if Vcc is 3.3v, the junction would read 1.8v
Measuring from TP1 to GND should show the voltage varying from the above voltage down to 0V as you turn the pot.
