Board with 5Vpin and BLE for LuMini LED Matrix

I wish to connect the SparkFun LuMini LED Matrix - 8x8 (64 x APA102-2020) COM-15047 to a board with 5Vpin (and use one power supply to the board) but that also have BLE (for remote programming). Any recommendations (e.g., small footprint)? Considerations? And tips?

We don’t make much 5v stuff anymore…things are moving to 1.8v(!), with 3.3v still being the default for now.
