Hi,
I just connected my LED matrix to my Arduino and to a meanwell switching power supply to power up my LED matrix. I get none of the LEDs to light up though, I checked multiple guides and redid all the wiring and still nothing. I know I set my power supply to 5 volts since I checked with my multimeter (4.9 V actually). I checked to make sure it was in the input and still nothing.
Do you guys think I have a defective LED matrix?
