.brd and .sch files

can anyone tell me or point to instruction on how to use the Eagle files (.brd and .sch) available fro so many Sparkfun products? New to using Eagle and i don’t quite see how to add them to a library…

Adding a schematic or a board file to a library doesn’t make any sense.

So when “Eagle Files” are available for products (I.e. http://dlnmh9ip6v2uc.cloudfront.net/dat … ni-v12.zip) how do I use them?

You simply open them with Eagle. You can then view or print the schematic and generate Gerbers and a drill file from the board file so that you can get your own PCB made.
