Broadcasting RTCM over Bluetooth questions

To get the RTK Torch in base mode to broadcast RTCM messages on bluetooth, is it as simple as turning it on and setting the rate in the “messages” submenu on the GNSS menu?

Also, in the messages submenu of the GNSS menu, there is an option to set the rates for “stream 1” and “stream 2”, what do these do for the torch? or are they not used on the torch?
