Cable for ARM-USB-OCD-H ?

Just received my ARM-USB-OCD-H JTAG debugger. Not much in the way of documentation came with it. What type of cable do I need in order to connect to my PC’s USB? There is a free connector on the debugger that I assume is to be used for USB but I don’t recognize the connector type. Also, the documentation talks about jumper settings for target voltages but I don’t see any jumpers. Are they inside the enclosure?

The connector on debugger is a Type B USB connector. I didn’t know there was such a thing until now. Purchased a cable and am moving on to next step.
