Can I get 24V@3A out of a USB PD connection?

I’d like to get 24V@3A out of a USB PD connection. I’d prefer a USB C female connection but I’m not too picky, I’ll even take unterminated. . Do you have any board or combination of boards that will do this?

USB PD only goes up to 20 volts.

Yes, I know I’ll need a boost as the last stage. The point is, what do I need as the first stage?

You’d need one of these on the input.
