if yes can you give me sum link for active tags that can be read ?

The active tags have their own transmitter. They require a different reader / activator, typically in the 433MHZ. The Nano works as an interrogator with back-scatter technology on passive and semi-passive / battery-assisted passive (BAP) tags. That said the MercuryAPI from ThingMagic / Jadak has some special commands for BAP, which are not part of the Sparkfun Nano library
