Multiple tag RFID M6E Nano reader implementation in book project

For one of our costumers at the moment we do work on physical Book project integrated with projection. Idea is that we will have physical book, when book will be put on the podium → PC with will understand what language book has and will show on projector menu /home screen in definate language. After that visitors will turn pages of :?: physical book, when visitor opens each book opening > PC will show different video or multimedia asociated with the theme in physical book.

As usual RFIDs is limited to read only one tag, we need a RFID writer and reader who has a collision algorythm who so we can use RFID tehcnology for our book.

Does your product https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14066 M6E Nano will fit our project? Together with your tags https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14147 Or https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14151 it looks like the right technology for our project.

Can you please assist and confirm that we are on the right way?

The Nano is not limited to read one tag, it can read multiple tags simultaneous and can provide a constant output of which tags it is detecting (including signal strength etc). Feel free to drop me a personal message if you need some help.

But can we use it in our application? It means that simulataneously multiple tags will send to NANO information, so theoretically we can create a code in our software who is ignoring listened equals and hear only new ones. Correct?

Correct … Multiple tags can respond and indeed you can create code to ignore those that you have seen already.
