Can you process these files? I can't!

I ran two separate bases concurrently for 4hrs. I used an RTK Facet, and an RTK Express. I set them up for logging as per the directions in this tutorial: Creating a Permanent Base - SparkFun RTK Product Manual

I cannot get RTKConvert to process the files to obtain the necessary RINEX files.
I cannot get Emlid Studio to process the files.

Can someone else please try to process them and see if you have any luck?

I didn’t have RTCM3 as the format, that seems to have fixed my issue for now.
