Can you run a M6E Nano 24/7 with appropriate heat sink ?

Hi Guys,

I have a small project that requires monitor a 6Ft wide hallway and I was planning on using a M6E Nano with an external antenna and a Raspberry Pi to detect RFID tags that goes through the hallway.

My concerns is that it will be running 24/7 and will cause thermal throttling on the M6E Nano chip. Considering that the antenna will have to reach an estimated range of 8Ft to cover the hallway and comply with FCC regulation of 21cm distance from radiator to any person at all times, what will be the appropriate heat sink if there is any?

Thank you for nay guidance you can give me with this.

Hopefully team Sparkfun will answer. In the meantime, you can see these contents.
