Cancelling a "Processing" Order

Looks like I didn’t catch my order soon enough, I sent an email out last night but it looks like my order was already panelized and is now in processing. Not sure if I can cancel the order now. Order 22068.

Btw Also sent an email regarding an expedite of my new order which is in “Paid” status: 22089
