I placed an order yesterday, and got the confirmation page…however, it doesn’t show that it is an order on the website. I only have my past orders listed and my ‘order’ from yesterday is still in my shopping cart.
There hasn’t been any sign of my order being processed. I just went through again, and NOW my first order is showing…along with my duplicate second order!
Is there ANY way to remove an order while it is in the ‘waiting panelization’ process?
