I am wondering if this is normal. I thought there were updates like “Panelized” to let you know what your order is doing…
The only update I have on the order from 2 weeks ago is from when my payment was accepted.
Did I do something wrong? Is there something wrong with the process, or do I need to shut up and be patient?

Word, I’m @ 16 days now. I ordered on the 9th and is says “Processing”. I read the FAQ after the fact and it says 3-4 weeks but this looks to be on track for a little longer. I’m thinking now it’s just a bit too long to wait.
Mine went from Paid to Processing in 4 hours, without the intermediate step of Panelized that the FAQ lists. This was over 3 weeks ago (June 8). It’s still in Processing.
My average for getting BatchPCB orders is around 4 weeks. The status doesn’t appear to be really meaningful. I’ve had boards suddenly go from processing to shipped.
Disclaimer: I don’t do hundreds of orders per month or even per year, so ymmv.
Got my order on July, 6th (almost 4 weeks exactly). Got two boards instead of one and they look great. A little update in status would be nice but I guess you get what you pay for in terms of service. Overall I am pretty happy. I populated one of the boards (it looks pretty mean :twisted:) and and am now ready for some serious testing.
NegativeC, did your status change to shipped at any point? Mine is still in “processing” after a month.
I expect it will take a few days longer for mine to arrive than for people in the U.S. as I’m in Canada.
Yes, status chaged to “Shipped” on 7/1. Got an email and a tracking number. I imagine we were in the same batch but you never know…
You may want to contact someone and see what’s up.
I contacted someone, and it turns out my order wasn’t put on a panel for some reason. Have to start the month long wait over again
