"Waiting Panelization" for 10 days

Should I be worried that my order has said Waiting Panelization for 10 days, or is the order status not updated again until the pcbs are shipped?

Can’t wait to see these boards, they’re going to be my first boards i’ve had fabbed up for a project, and also the fist project with more that the odd surface mount device :?

Odd, email support at the batchpcb domain with your order and ask about the status.

The guy who handles that might just have forgot to update your order status.
