Cannot communicate with the Pulse Oximeter and Heart Rate Sensor

I have the library downloaded and am able to upload code to my Artemis RedBoard. This is response every time in the serial monitor.

Could not communicate with the sensor!!!
Configuring Sensor....
Error configuring sensor.
Error:255

I do have the extra two wires needed to run the Pulse Oximeter board. Thoughts?

The Pulse Oximeter and Heart Rate Sensor library should work with no issues with the Artemis Core. The 255 error usually points to a connection error. Make sure you have the correct board selected and retry. If that does not work, it may be a connection error so can you please take a few photos of your circuit as well as your Pulse Oximeter breakout and attach them to your reply? Please do your best to make sure they are clear and well-lit.
