ChipCON CC2430 Reference Design and DRC...

I have a reference design from ChipCON for their CC2430 chip. It says in the readme that the files created are 8MIL min trace and 8MIL min isolation but if fails the DRC check with at Aperture 17 (0.0010) and Aperture 29 (0.0050). What do these two errors refer to? The CADStar PCB and schematic files where included so that I could regenerate the gerber and NCDrill files but am not really sure what needs to be fixed (or really how to do it in CADStar for that matter).

Also, has anyone used this CADStar program (its from Zuken Ltd.)? Im having trouble figureing out all of this colour file stuff to get the outputed gerber files to match the originals in Viewmate. Any tips for a guy used to using Eagle from any of the CADStar users out there?

EDIT: Figured out how to get the files to export and how to get the correct colour files selected. So if anyone has any insite into the other problem that would help out alot. It fails on the top side copper (the first file). When I open the file in ViewMate nothing “looks” out of the ordinary but from experience i know that doesnt mean squat. Any tips on tracking down what is causing the program to specify such a small aperture?
