CMOS Camera Module with a Wireless board

Hello Everyone,

If someone can help me with the following.

I would like to Used the Cmos Camera Module and be able to view the camera on my Laptop or cell phone.

Will this be possible with a wireless board and if so which wireless board do you recommend?

If not possible what would be your recommendations?

Also,

What forum would I go to to find out about another project I have going, below is those details.

I would like to have a digital voice repeat continuously and the cmos camera module. I would like Voice output to be a Two Way Radio Frequency crystal that I would be able to change the frequency as needed and the CMOS Camera output on 802.11.

Any Recommendations would be Helpful

1: There are plenty wifi-cameras on the market. Why would you want to DIY this?

That makes no sense at all.
