IoT board with camera

Looking for a recommendation for an IoT BOARD AND CAMERA which is 2mp or higher. The IoT board needs to run on cellular, battery and should be compatible for outdoor weather. The board would take a picture once a day and send it to the cloud. We would also need an antenna. We are planning to do a POC and once its successful we would scale out to 250 locations
