I have developed a Smart Voltage and Current (V-I) sensing module designed for real-time power monitoring. It integrates high-speed sampling with digital signal processing to provide accurate power analytics for Application: e.g., Power Bank testing, Pump Monitoring, or Solar System. My project is finished for 80%, and I am looking for collaboration.
The spec of the sensor is:
General :
Sensor : ACDC Volt or Current measurement.
Isolation : Galvanic isolated
footprint : 18x40mm
Interface : I2c slave
Over Undervalue Response time : 5ms or better.
Threshold : High, low.
All values and parameters are read and written by I2C
Parameters to measure:
V/I/F True RMS measurement
THD by FFT
Over Peak value
Under low value
Zero crossing pulse or edge
Hardware & IDE:
preferable controller ATmega Nano
preferable IDE VSC-PIO
Since my daily activities are installing solar and ESS systems developing these sensors is more a hobby. I want however use these sensors in my solar projects. Since time is my enemy I am looking for collaboration to finish this project. If you are willing to finish what I started all on our own I’m willing to pay for it. But my focus is collaboration and make the best out of this new sensor concept.
