I have been looking for further information in SparkFun Sound Detector, but I cannot seem to find the tension reference, the sample rate or the response frequency for this sensro. If someone knows this values that would be very helpful.

Not sure what you mean about "tension reference. "
It’s analog so it has an infinite sample rate.
The rest of the circuitry will probably affect the frequency response but you can use the data sheet for the microphone as a base line.
