I received 3 Qwiic Twist encoder modules from your Amazon store. One is defective. Do I need to handle the return through Amazon?

Yep, just like a normal amazon return 
Is there anything i could try to do to reset it. Using it with an arduino uno r4. When i hook up the qwicc cable it lights up but it doesn’t communicate at all. I run an i2c device check that shows the address of the other two but this one never showed an address.
How many are hooked up at once? Try testing the non-working one by itself, after a power cycle
I did try the one that is giving me trouble by itself. Also tried multiple cables that worked on the other devices.
That’s about it for troubleshooting then; I’d grab a replacement via amazon
