On the BatchPCB upload page http://batchpcb.com/index.php/Upload, it says that the DRC bot will send an email with its results. When I uploaded a design yesterday, the DRC bot ran and rejected the design, but didn’t send an email. (I’ve checked spam and made sure the email address is correct.) Does DRC still send email?
DRC is failing my designs too and no report why… they pass my DRC before upload.
Just received this response from BatchPCB support:
We are currently trying to find an issue with a bug on our site, which is causing the Drcbot not to send out emails. Let me know any designs that you need manually passed and I will pass them ASAP. Sorry for the delays and confusion.

Is there an email address for these requests?
try these: http://batchpcb.com/index.php/ContactInfo
Looks like this is still an issue. I was wondering why I haven’t received any emails from DRC bot lately.
Are the current rejections real, or do I need to question my design?
Just got the same response from support to manually pass a design. All they needed was the PcbID # from my pcb design page.
To answer my own question, the drc bot rejection was not a real rejection.
Hopefully the DRCbot can get back online properly again. Any ideas on timeline BatchPCB?
