The 1st went through fine, and I got an email within 5 mins saying everything was ok.
The 2nd (which is slightly larger) goes through the 1st 3 steps, but I never get an email back (tried 3 times over the course of a day with slight alterations each time). This implies that something is wrong with the board, But I have no idea what it is as I am not getting any feedback.
Board drawn in Eagle 4.16r1, all width/spacing >= 10mil, drd is 2.4, through-hole components, everything has been verified in ViewMate as aligned, 1.6"x1.8"

I did some further experimentation, and if I send the top layers+drill or bottom layers+drill it goes through fine. As soon as I include both the component and solder layers at the same time, it doesn't send me an email.

DRC Bot is up and running. Check your spam filters. Because we send jpg attachments, we get spam canned.
Let me know if you’re still having problems and I’ll try to dig out the emails.

I have double checked that I never received emails for this design. As I said in my previous post, I receive an email if only the top layer or bottom layer is sent, but not if both are sent. BatchPCB account is on the same e-mail address that I am registered under here, but if you need more specifics, please let me know.

I'm sorry for being an idiot. My mail forwarding service was dropping the emails because they were too big due to the attached images (the simple boards went through, the complex ones didn't). I changed my email address, and everything is fine now.
